🔄 Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Since all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for reasons like wrong size, color preference, or change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or flawed, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
📸 How to Report an Issue:
Email us at support@shopthreadville.com with your order number. Include clear photos of the issue. We’ll respond with the next steps to take.
💸 Refunds
Once they approve your claim, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
📦 Shipping Returns
For approved returns, we’ll provide the necessary steps if needed. Do not send items back without authorization.
❗️ Non-Returnable Items
Due to their custom nature, all sales are final for non-defective items. Please double-check sizing charts before ordering.
